HEPA Environmental Services, Inc. was started in May, 2004 by Mr. Rick Kuhlman and Mr. Vince DeLuca. Mr. Kuhlman is the President and Mr. DeLuca is the Special Consultant. They both have Bachelor of Science Degrees in engineering or life sciences along with many years of experience in consulting, construction, and abatement services. The basic philosophy of the company is to provide safe, timely, and cost effective abatement services to industrial, commercial and institutional customers. The long range plan of the company is to grow at a slow and steady pace and build a reputation as a dependable contractor that can provide the level of service required for any particular situation.
